Express delivery within Australia is free for all orders over $300. For all orders under $300:
Australia Post Standard (2–8 business days): $8 Australia Post Express (1–4 business days): $15

International delivery is charged at a flat rate of $45 per order and are shipped via DHL Express.
International orders can take 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Please be aware that your delivery country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives. These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Note that all product prices indicated, and payments made on our site, are in Australian Dollar (AUD) currency.
We want you to love your Soleil Soleil purchase and use it for years to come. If for any reason you’re not in love, we will provide a full refund or online store credit. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for Australian customers, or 28 days for international customers.
All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and Soleil Soleil is not liable for loss or damage in return transit (so we recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping note of your tracking number).
Please allow 2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date the returned item is received by Soleil Soleil. Refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card, Apple Pay or PayPal account used for the original payment.
Items purchased with Afterpay are eligible for an exchange or store credit only—unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on Afterpay purchases. Please contact: email@example.com to organise your Afterpay return.
We are so sorry if your Soleil Soleil purchase is not perfect. Please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and images of the issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. Please keep a copy of your return postage receipts as we will reimburse you for these if the item is confirmed to be faulty.
