Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads, QLD, Australia. Please note that orders may be delayed by one business day during Queensland public holidays.
Express delivery within Australia is free for all orders over $150.
For all orders under $150:
Australia Post Standard (2–8 business days): $10
Australia Post Express (1–3 business days): $15

These shipping timeframes are subject to Australia Post and may see delays during busy times, particularly during sale periods and in the lead up to the festive season.

Pre-order items will not be shipped until the advised date. You will receive shipping confirmation once your pre-order is shipped.
If an order contains available items and a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item is available to send. If you would like available items shipped immediately we recommend placing these orders separately.

Please ensure that your item meets our return conditions before initiating a return.

Our regular returns timeframe does not apply for all orders placed from 24th November–3rd January.
For orders placed during this time we can accept returns (in accordance with our other policies below) up until 16th January 2026.

We want you to love your Soleil Soleil purchase and enjoy it for years to come. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we can provide a direct exchange, store credit, or a full refund. Please submit your return within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When submitting your return, you will receive a return shipping label, and the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. For product exchanges, we will send your exchange with free shipping. To make an exchange for the same or higher value items, follow the steps in our returns portal.
Please read product descriptions carefully to fully understand the fabrication and details when shopping online. Allow 2–5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date the returned item is received by Soleil Soleil. Refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal account used for the original payment.
Items purchased with Afterpay are eligible for exchange or store credit only; unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on Afterpay purchases. The refunded store credit amount will be equal to the original order value minus return shipping fees.
Full-priced items purchased using discount codes or promotions are not eligible for refunds and can only be returned for exchange or store credit. The store credit will be for the amount the item was purchased for, minus the cost of return shipping.
Reduced items are not eligible for refunds and can only be returned for exchange or store credit. The store credit will be for the amount the item was purchased for, minus the cost of return shipping.
Reduced items purchased with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return.
The only exception is our welcome code for 10% off your first order; orders made using this code are still eligible for refunds, store credit, and exchanges.
