We want you to love your Soleil Soleil purchase and use it for years to come. If for any reason you’re not in love, we will provide a full refund or online store credit. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for Australian customers, or 28 days for international customers.
All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and Soleil Soleil is not liable for loss or damage in return transit (so we recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping note of your tracking number).
Please allow 2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date the returned item is received by Soleil Soleil. Refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card, Apple Pay or PayPal account used for the original payment.
