Orders processed before 1pm AEST Monday–Friday will be dispatched same day from our Burleigh Heads, QLD based warehouse.
Express delivery within Australia is free for all orders over $300. For all orders under $300:
Australia Post Standard (2–8 business days): $8
Australia Post Express (1–4 business days): $15
For major metropolitan areas, order express shipping by the 20th December for arrival by Christmas.

These shipping timeframes are subject to Australia Post and may see delays during busy times, particularly in the lead up to the festive season.
International delivery is charged at a flat rate of $45 per order and are shipped via DHL Express.
International orders can take 2–7 business days depending on your location.
We are unfortunately unable to ship to USA APO (Army Post Office) addresses.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information. Please be aware that your delivery country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives. These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Note that all product prices indicated, and payments made on our site, are in Australian Dollar (AUD) currency.
Returns
Please ensure that your item meets our Returns Conditions before starting a return.
The following return conditions do not apply to Afterpay orders or discounted orders. Please see designated Afterpay return conditions in the tab below and designated discounted return conditions in the tab below.
Christmas gifting- Returns period extended to 08.01.24 for all orders placed after 20.11.23.
We want you to love your Soleil Soleil purchase and use it for years to come. If for any reason you’re not in love, we can provide a direct exchange, a store credit for 110% or a full refund.
Please submit your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
For International Customers our returns process differs. Please contact: heythere@soleilsoleil.com.au within 28 days of receiving your order.
All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When submitting your return you will receive a return shipping label and the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For direct product exchanges, we will send your exchange with free shipping. Only products worth the exact same price are possible through our returns portal. To make an exchange for higher value items, simply exchange for a store credit and apply to your next purchase.
Please read product descriptions carefully to fully understand the fabrication and details when shopping online.
Please allow 2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date the returned item is received by Soleil Soleil. Refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card, Apple Pay or PayPal account used for the original payment.
Items purchased with Afterpay are eligible for exchange or store credit only—unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on Afterpay purchases. Afterpay orders are not eligible for bonus credit. The refunded store credit amount will be equal to the original order value minus return shipping fees.
Full-price items purchased using discount codes or promotions are not eligible for refunds and can only be returned for exchange or a store credit of the purchase amount. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from store credit amount.
Reduced items that are purchased with an additional discount code are final sale and not eligible for return.
The only exception to this is our welcome code for 10% off your first order. Orders made using this code are still eligible for refunds, store credit and exchanges.
We are so sorry if your Soleil Soleil purchase is not perfect. Please contact: heythere@soleilsoleil.com.au with your order number and images of the issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Soleil Soleil will cover the return shipping fee of faulty items.
