Orders processed before 12pm AEST Monday–Friday will be dispatched same day from our warehouse based in Burleigh Heads, QLD, Australia.
Express delivery within Australia is free for all orders over $250. For all orders under $250:
Australia Post Standard (2–8 business days): $10
Australia Post Express (1–4 business days): $15
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the link to your tracking information. If you do not receive this email please contact: customercare@soleilsoleil.com.au
These shipping timeframes are subject to Australia Post and may see delays during busy times, particularly during sale periods and in the lead up to the festive season.
Delivery to New Zealand is charged at a flat rate of AUD$25 per order, shipped from Australia via DHL Express.
New Zealand orders can take 2–5 business days to arrive depending on your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information. Please be aware that all orders are dispatched from Australia and your delivery country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives. These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

We are unfortunately unable to ship to USA APO (Army Post Office) addresses.

Pre-order items will not be shipped until the advised date. You will receive shipping confirmation once your preorder is shipped.
If an order contains available items and a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item is available to send. If you would like available items shipped immediately we recommend placing these orders separately.
Returns
Please ensure that your item meets our Returns Conditions before starting a return.
The following return conditions do not apply to Afterpay orders or discounted orders. Please see designated Afterpay return conditions in the tab below and designated discounted return conditions in the tab below.
We want you to love your Soleil Soleil purchase and use it for years to come. If for any reason you’re not in love, we can provide a direct exchange, a store credit or a full refund.
Please submit your return within 7 days of receiving your order.
All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When submitting your return you will receive a return shipping label and the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For product exchanges, we will send your exchange with free shipping. To make an exchange for the same or higher value items, follow the steps in our returns portal.

Full-priced items purchased using discount codes or promotions are not eligible for refunds and can only be returned for exchange or a store credit. The store credit is for the amount the item was purchased for. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from store credit amount.
Reduced items are not eligible for refunds and can only be returned for exchange or a store credit. The store credit is for the amount the item was purchased for. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from store credit amount.
Reduced items purchased also using a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return.
The only exception to this is our welcome code for 10% off your first order. Orders made using this code are still eligible for refunds, store credit and exchanges.
