SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads, QLD, Australia. Please note that orders may be delayed by one business day during Queensland public holidays.
Express delivery within Australia is free for all orders over $150.
For all orders under $150:
Australia Post Standard (2–8 business days): $10
Australia Post Express (1–3 business days): $15
Timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. If it doesn't arrive, reach out to us at customercare@soleilsoleil.com.au.
Please note that all timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post. Delays can occur during sale periods and in the lead up to the festive season.

Pre-order items will not be shipped until the advised date. You will receive shipping confirmation once your pre-order is shipped.
If an order contains available items and a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item is available to send. If you would like available items shipped immediately we recommend placing these orders separately.

We want you to love your Soleil Soleil purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer direct exchanges, store credit, or full refunds on eligible orders.
Timeframe: Submit your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Item condition: All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
Return shipping: Return shipping is at the customer's cost. A return label will be provided when you submit your return, and the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are shipped back to you free of charge.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days of your return being received and are issued to the original payment method — credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal.
Afterpay orders: Afterpay purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Store credit will equal the original order value minus return shipping fees.
Discounted orders: Full-priced items purchased with a discount code or promotion are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Store credit is issued for the amount paid, minus return shipping fees. The exception is our welcome code (10% off your first order) — orders placed with this code remain eligible for full refunds, store credit, and exchanges.
Reduced items: Reduced items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Store credit is issued for the amount paid, minus return shipping fees. Reduced items purchased with an additional discount code are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges: We're unable to process direct exchanges for international orders. To exchange an item, submit a return for a refund or store credit and place a new order for your replacement.

Items purchased with Afterpay are eligible for exchange or store credit only—unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on Afterpay purchases. The refunded store credit amount will be equal to the original order value minus return shipping fees.
If a promotion specifies 'All Sales Are Final' the below conditions do not apply and all pieces purchased in that promotion are ineligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
If a product is marked as final sale, please note this is not eligible for returns of any kind unless deemed faulty.
Full-priced items purchased using discount codes or promotions are not eligible for refunds and can only be returned for exchange or a store credit. The store credit is for the amount the item was purchased for. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from store credit amount.

The only exception to this is our welcome code for 10% off your first order. Orders made using this code are still eligible for refunds, store credit and exchanges.
We are so sorry if your Soleil Soleil purchase is not perfect. Please contact: customercare@soleilsoleil.com.au with your order number and images of the issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Soleil Soleil will cover the return shipping fee of faulty items.
