'Ascent Gold' came about due to an incorrectly printed batch of our best selling 'Ascent Agate'. There is no issue with the pareo itself—it is just a slightly different colourway to our original design.

The usual process in the fashion industry when mistakes like this occur is for the products to be destroyed and sent to landfill. This unsustainable and wasteful solution doesn’t align with our values as a brand—we instead wanted to offer this pareo at a reduced price so that it can still be used and loved as it should be.

Where it all began. A perfect square of lightweight organic cotton, versatile for all your over-swim needs. Our signature piece—the Square pareo can be tied as a mini or midi length beach cover-up, or folded into quarters and used for a myriad of purposes as a smaller square scarf.

Our pareo fabric is extremely lightweight 100% organic cotton voile. It is durable to an extent, but it may be damaged if treated unlovingly. Try not to pull too harshly on your pareo, and try to avoid contact with harsh surfaces, or snagging it on jewellery.
